The NetAgent Mobile application assists MNX agents in completing tasks such as picking up and delivering shipments.
MNX vendors utilize the NetAgent Mobile application to track shipment’s pickup and delivery status as well as order completion on time. NAM will access the centralized database and offer agents with up-to-date information.
The jobs made by users are assigned to the agents. By accepting the job, you confirm that it is ready for pickup and will appear on the Pickup Stage and Delivery stage.
The Agent validates the package's arrival before proceeding with the process. If the package was picked up in the first try or further attempts were made, the application will have the data.
There's also a stage when the agent requests the user's signature and name as proof of delivery.
You now have better control over your whole shipping network and all of the data it generates. Use our single, simple mobile app to track shipment orders in real time.
